Derek Chan, Senior Vice President, Business Development

  • More than 25 years of experience in the Federal government and aviation industry, including a deep knowledge of the FAA’s National Airspace System (NAS).
  • Over 20 years of experience all phases of Business Development and Professional Services in the Federal Marketplace.
  • Hands-on ability to perform program management and technical strategic planning with the highest order of integrity.

Elaine Eng Headley, Vice President of Administration

Fran O’Gara, Vice President, Contracts/Finance
