Core Competencies - IT Services

Current and Legacy System Support
We have in-depth knowledge of our federal customers’ IT infrastructure and architecture thanks to our long-term partnership. We are also able to meet challenging, domain-specific technical requirements that meet stringent security and performance parameters, from small closed systems to distributed networks of thousands of nodes.

Our professionals perform all aspects of data management, technology refresh, system administration, security, training, help desk, network support, systems design, secure and non-secure communications, and IT professional services, as well as integrate multiple disparate legacy systems via common portals that broker user access and authentication.

Systems Security
A3T's IT professionals are fully versed and experienced in all aspects of system security from data development to information relay to intrusion detection and containment. Because prevention is the best defense, we establish robust protocols to avert breaches based on a combination of technology solutions and rigorous user training to provide a comprehensive perimeter of system security. Our professionals understand all NIST-regulated federal desktop security standards, and craft disaster recovery plans to maintain system availability during outages and emergencies.

Administrative Services
A3T supports the complement of videoconferencing technologies, and facilitates scheduling, managing meetings, videotaping, producing multi-site training classes, and hardware/software system support. We provide full meeting IT support, including setting up equipment for presentations, configuring systems for display, and assuring document sharing.

Help Desk Support
A3T provides Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III help desk support to a number of large federal agencies.
